• where do the items came from?

1. all items are ordered straight from my supplier in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taiwan and japan itself 

• how to contact in order to take the items ordered?

1. i will email you to confirm once the items has arrived
2. i will give my phone number and where to meet
3. payment have to be made if only 80% deposit

• what happen if customers didn't want to ordered that item and want to have refund after order has been made or the items is missing on the way of shipping?

1. as a seller all items in this blog is considered sold as the customer have made the payments and no refund will be made after confirmation of order, unless if the items is damage or missing or cause by mother nature refund will be made according to terms and condition

• are all the items price including shipping?

1. yes it is all items price are base on real price and included standard shipping of USD20.00 per item 

• are all items new?

1. yes it is all are new and still un-touch as all items are DIY(do it yourself)
